I am searching for a software or PDA that allows me to sync Microsoft Excel columns and rows to a specific detail in the PDA’s address book. For example, Microsoft Excel’s column A has hundreds of client’s names and column B has each individual number and column C has each individual location and column D has each individual e-mail address, etc. and each row contains the specific individual information. I would like to sync these many various columns and rows in Microsoft Excel to the PDA’s address book (name/e-mail/address/etc.). Can you recommend which PDA and software suits this procedure? Price isn’t a variable, so any PDA or software will do. Any information I will greatly appreciate. Thank you

I want to buy a used palm pilot to use an an ebook reader, but I first wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be locked into only a certain ebook format. Does anyone know what format of ebooks can be read on a palm pilot? Is there Mac software available to convert from .txt to any Palm-specific formats?

    Thanks

Seriously, after 4 hours of downloading various versions of software to try and make this obsolete thing work, I have been able to finally put ebooks on it…and even though the library manager says it has content, the ebookman says no books loaded. Anybody else have one of these and how did they make it actually view books???

Has anyone played with the Sony Reader (http://www.learningcenter.sony.us/assets/itpd/reader/)? What is your opinion of it as an eBook reader? I’m a Mac user. Would the Connect software’s lack of Mac compatibility be a major problem in using this device for me?

I bought Motorola’s Phone Tools software from E-Bay for cheap, but it doesn’t seem to be compatible with my Motorola Q phone. Has anyone found good software that works well with Moto Q? I’m basically looking for a good organizer/date book program and maybe something that would let me create my own ringtones. Thanks!
