do i have to download software converter to ebook, do i have to install my ipod an ebook reader software?? what do i have to do?

Is it possible to upload eBooks to a second generation iPod Nano, 1GB, the one with aluminum case? If so, how do you do this?

I found a software called iPod Library, but it only caters to third- through fifth-gen iPods. I do have a Notes Application in my iPod. I’m not really sure if mine is second gen or third gen. It’s 1GB, the one with aluminum casing. Can you tell what generation it is?

I have tried to paste .txt file in the iPod Notes Folder, but when I checked my device, it doesn’t show the entire .txt file, only a small portion of it. Do they have character limits for the Notes file?

I bought an E-book and now i want to put it on my iPod touch. I have the newest one out, can i drag and drop or do i have to download a software. If so witch it the best and where from.

I was looking at ebooks and realized i knew nothing about them..

I have a Zen vision m mp3 which i swear by i never have it off me… And noticed it’s an Ebook reader… But as i looked at them i realised i need special software or somethign for them…

So i want to know:-

1. what they are exactly… Do they read the book for you or just text… Does anyone know if the Zen reads them?…
2. Do i need specialist software to work them on (A) my Pc and (B) my zen?
