I’d like to read a good book about what I should eat how I should change my eating habits. I’ve got some conditions though:
- written by nutrition expert(s), supported by scientific research (no new age phases-of-saturn’n'moon stuff)
- takes life styles and body builds into account (a 20 year old athlete should not eat the same way as a 50 year old software developer)
- does not dismiss some food on moral or religious bases (i.e. eat only vegan so you would not hurt animals)
